Why we are building OVIOO
A business workspace built around email, for the companies whose work arrives in the inbox.
The observation
Whole companies run on email. Not on the CRM they bought, not on the project tool somebody set up two years ago — on the inbox. The order, the change to the order, the document, the deadline, the apology and the invoice all arrive as sentences in ordinary messages, and someone has to hold all of it in their head.
That person is usually excellent at their job and permanently one interruption away from dropping something. Not because they are careless — because the medium has no memory.
What we decided to build
Not another place where employees must manually organise work. OVIOO observes the communication a company already has and builds the structure around it: every message linked to its reference, the tasks inside it surfaced, the files it mentions findable, the colleagues who need it able to see it.
Email stays email — a serious client with folders, threads, signatures, search and multiple mailboxes. The business layer lives beside it, and the owner controls all of it: seats, mailbox access, file scopes, automation, AI.
Every feature we consider gets measured against one sentence: does this save somebody from remembering and searching for everything themselves?
What we refuse to do
- No AI that sends email on your behalf. It drafts, you send. Always.
- No silent decisions: an uncertain reference link is proposed, never applied.
- No pretending. If AI processing is paused because the allowance ran out, the app says so instead of quietly stopping.
- No surprise cost. Anything expensive is estimated before it runs.
- No surveillance. Management sees business progress inside OVIOO, never screenshots or keystrokes.
- No compliance theatre. We do not claim certifications we have not earned.
The company
OVIOO is a product of [Legal entity name], [Registered address]. We are a small team and you will usually be talking to someone who wrote the code.
If you want to know where we are with something — a feature, a certification, a roadmap date — ask us. You will get a straight answer, including when the answer is "not yet".
