Mail is the work. Business runs the company.
A second workspace on the same facts: CRM, projects, suppliers, purchasing, finance, approvals, documents and reports, every record traceable to the email that created it.

Not another system to feed.
Every business tool ever bought created a second place where somebody had to retype what already happened in email. OVIOO reads the mail first and builds the company records from it.
Two workspaces, one company
Mail is where the work is done: inbox, references, tasks, files. Business is where the company is run: customers, suppliers, money, people. One switch in the title bar; the same facts underneath, so nothing is ever typed twice.
Real entities, not a template
Companies, contacts, locations, financial documents, payments, tasks, files and emails are first-class objects with their own permissions. Reference schemes and custom objects sit on top for what is specific to your business.
Switched on per company
One catalogue of modules. Your plan says which you may enable; you decide which you do, under Settings → Modules. A module you do not use is not in the navigation, and switching one off later closes the door without deleting a record.

“Early” means navigable and real but still filling in. We would rather say so than pretend.
Capabilities are the truth. Levels are presets.
Every module declares what can be done in it. Six levels, View to Admin, are presets over those capabilities, so “Finance · Approve” means exactly what it says and nothing more. Owners assign a level per department or per person; the server enforces it on every request, and the AI never sees past it.
Departments are where money and work are routed, not an org chart for its own sake. A proforma above someone’s limit goes to whoever holds Approve, with the request and the decision on record.
Which plan includes what.
Starter sells the mail intelligence. Business sells running the company on it. Scale sells owning it.

Organization, People, Security, Audit and Settings are on in every plan. Email itself is never degraded by tier.
How the Business layer is bounded
A management layer is only safe if what it can see, and who may switch it on, are both explicit.
Every module is a choice the owner makes
The workspace — mail, references, tasks, documents — is the whole product for a company that never enables a module. Business modules are switched on one at a time, and a module nobody enables is not in anybody’s navigation. Switching one off later closes the door without deleting a record.
Owner is not the same as admin
AI spend and limits, team productivity, billing, mailbox connection and member creation are reserved to the owner. An admin gets one only through a per-person grant the owner writes, and transferring the organisation is never grantable. The rule lives in the database, not only in the interface.
Departments and teams route, they do not decorate
They are where work and money actually go — a request or a payable is routed to one. Because the structure carries the routing, keeping it accurate has a purpose beyond tidiness.
It measures work, never people
Jobs moved, mail handled, documents created, by person and period: business activity inside OVIOO. No screenshots, no keystrokes, no idle timers, no location, nothing from outside the product. A tool that surveils is a tool a team routes around, and then the record is worthless.
Money keeps its currency
Amounts stay in the currency they were issued in and totals are shown per currency rather than converted at a rate nobody chose. Three currencies means three totals, which is the honest answer.
The same records, one layer up
Business does not hold a copy of the operational data. It is a different view over the same companies, jobs, documents and money the team works on, which is why it cannot drift out of date.
Fair questions
It covers ground an ERP would claim — companies, documents, payables, receivables, departments, approvals — without the implementation project, because it reads the records the company already produces rather than asking you to populate a new system first. It is not a manufacturing or inventory system.
No. Most companies run on the workspace alone for a while. Modules are switched on when there is a reason, by the owner, one at a time.
Not by default. Those are owner-reserved. You can grant one to a named admin and take it back; ownership transfer cannot be granted at all.
No. Management never changes Mail: if a module is off, the product is exactly what it was. The team’s day does not become somebody else’s reporting exercise.
Run the company on the email it already has.
Start on Mail with your real mailboxes. Switch the Business workspace on when the company is ready for it.
