What they never receive
- Payment card numbers never reach our systems; they are handled by the payment processor.
- Support tooling does not receive mailbox content. Reading message content requires an explicit, scoped, expiring grant from the customer.
- AI subprocessors receive only the content required for the requested operation, within the requesting user’s permission boundary, and are contractually barred from training on it.
Changes
We notify organisation owners at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor. Objections can be raised at privacy@ovioo.app as described in the DPA.
