Prices exclude VAT. Every plan includes the owner controls — users, mailbox permissions, file scopes, rules and allowance caps. Downgrading never picks for you: modules close, records remain. Prices shown are the published defaults.

Five words that explain the bill.

Organisation: Your company’s workspace. One owner, central control, one bill. The owner’s login is free and is never a seat.
Seats: The people who sign in. Each seat carries its own monthly AI credits, and they pool across the organisation. Each tier has a seat maximum; past it, the next tier is the answer.
Mailboxes: The addresses connected to OVIOO — personal and shared. Every tier includes an allowance; beyond that, each mailbox is a flat monthly amount, so nobody rations the shared inbox.
AI credits: One credit is a fixed slice of provider cost. Reading a message is about one; a full extraction one to three; a question with retrieval five to forty. Most mail never spends one — reference numbers link deterministically. Email never depends on credits.
Business workspace: The second workspace — CRM, projects, suppliers, finance, approvals, reports — is included from the Business tier and switched on module by module. Scale adds the whole catalogue and white-labelling.
