Your clients see their work. Nothing else.
A hosted page in your brand where each client follows their own projects, cases or orders, downloads what you shared, sees what they owe and asks for what they need. An authorised view over the same records your team works on, never a copy.
Here you can follow the status of your projects, access documents, view invoices and stay up to date.

Built for the person on the other side.
Most client portals are a second database that drifts from the first within a week. This one is a view over yours, gated by an explicit sharing layer, in the words your clients already use.
Their own front door
A hosted page under your name and colours, with your sidebar, your greeting and your contact card, at yourname.clients.ovioo.app the moment you switch it on, or at your own address with one CNAME. The client signs in with a login you created for a named person at their company. Nothing on the page says OVIOO unless you leave the small “Powered by” on.
A window, not a copy
The portal has no records of its own. Every group, quote, invoice and document a client sees is your record, shown because you shared it with that company. Revoke a share and it is gone from their page the same second.
What they ask becomes your work
A request raised in the portal lands as a request inside OVIOO on the right reference. Your team answers where they already work; the client sees Submitted, In review, Waiting for you, Completed.
What a client sees when they sign in.
The home page above, part by part.
The numbers that matter to them
Active work, awaiting approval, payments pending, documents required, what is coming up — each against last month, and yours to define per portal.
Their work, in a table they can filter
Reference, name, dates, value and status, with tabs for all, upcoming, in progress, awaiting approval and completed. Every column and label is your workflow’s, not ours.
What is next, and what is waiting on them
Upcoming dates on one side; on the other, the ball in their court: a quotation to confirm, a document to sign, a payment due with its date, a file you asked for.
A person, not a ticket queue
Their contact at your company with email and phone, and one button to send a message. The help card at the bottom of the sidebar goes to the same person.
Sections, named by you.
Each portal switches sections on individually and calls them whatever the business calls them — Projects for an agency, Cases for a firm, Orders for a wholesaler, Groups for a tour operator.
Home
Greeting, numbers, work, what is next, pending actions, contact.
Projects · Cases · Orders
Their references, under the word your business uses.
Quotes
What you offered, to accept or query.
Invoices & Payments
What is due, what was paid, the documents behind it.
Documents
Shared files, downloaded through links checked against the share.
Requests
Questions and changes, raised in context.
Messages
The conversation with their contact, on the record.
Information
Pages you write once: how you work, terms, what you need from them.
Home, work, documents, payments and requests ship today. Quotes, messages and information pages follow the same sharing rules and arrive on the same page.
Included from the Business plan.
External users are counted separately from seats, with a limit per tier.
Starter
not includedMail workspace only. The portal arrives with the Business workspace.
Business
includedClient portal with up to 25 external users.
Scale
includedClient portal with up to 100 external users, in your own brand throughout.
The portal is a module of the Business workspace, available from the Business plan and switched on per company.
What a portal is, and is not
Giving a client a login is easy. Giving them one that cannot leak is the work.
An authorised view, never a copy
The portal reads the same records your team works on. There is no export, no sync and no second database to drift — which is why what a client sees cannot become stale, and why revoking access takes effect immediately.
Sharing is explicit, every time
Nothing reaches a portal because it happened to be on a job. A person shares a specific record or document with a specific client, and can revoke it. There is no rule and no AI that shares on your behalf.
Costs stay on your side
A client can see the job, its documents, its dates and what they owe, with your supplier prices and margins switched off. The sections a portal shows, and what they are called, are configuration per portal.
Your brand, your words
The portal carries the workspace’s own logo and colours, and calls a reference whatever the business calls it. On the Scale plan the only trace of us is “powered by Ovioo.app”.
Their people are counted and controlled
External accounts are real accounts with their own access, visible in one list, counted against your tier, and removable. A client contact who leaves that company loses access when you say so, not when somebody remembers.
A custom domain if you want one
Each portal gets a hostname of its own, and a client-facing domain can point at it. What the client sees does not have to look like a third-party tool bolted to the side of your business.
Fair questions
No. Access is scoped to that client’s own records, enforced in the database rather than by the interface hiding things. A portal account cannot reach a record that was not shared with it, by any route.
Revoke it, and it is gone from the portal immediately — because the portal was reading your record rather than holding a copy of it. The share and the revocation are both on the record.
No. It is a hosted page they open in a browser, on their own device, with their own account.
Only the ones you create a portal for. External users count against your tier, so this is a deliberate decision per client rather than something that happens automatically.
Give your clients a page instead of a thread.
The portal is a switch on the Business workspace. Share one reference, send one login, and watch the follow-up emails stop.
